As a team player, Joseph has successfully been able to collaborate and integrate the knowledge and feedback from the Company's specialist functions, i.e. Exports, Imports/Local Purchasing, and Marketing & Sales for implementation of the Company's growth opportunities. Joseph Kwame Hagan is an IT Expert with over Fifteen years experience in Data Base Management System, Programming, Analysis and Design and has been involved in assignments of converting from the manual books of account to fully automated and integrated books of account and setting up new systems and Development. He has over 20 years working experience in the Company where he was part of the team that successfully developed the Accounting and Budgeting & Control systems. He rose through the ranks and became the Deputy CEO in charge of operations
